This spring, Sakura Haruka, a first-year student of wind chime high school who came to the town aiming for the top of such wind chimes, learns that wind chime high school was a group that protects the town named "wind chime" (bow furin). And Sakura decides to start fighting to protect the city as a member of the wind chime.
